  InterResolve is an independent neutral helping motor injury claimants claim directly from 3rd party insurers. We are the only non-law firm in the UK that acquires claims before they are sold off into the current system. This means we can cut through unnecessary delays and legal processes in small claims while always making sure that claimants have access to immediate and free private healthcare, independent legal advice and claims evaluation.

  InterResolve has extensive FNOL and call centre facilities in London, Southampton and Portsmouth and the entire system is handled by InterResolve’s bespoke online technology platform, speeding up claims handling and cutting costs dramatically.

  Where claims are likely to be admitted, claimants no longer need to go to lawyers first. InterResolve notifies fault insurers directly and arranges independent advice on valuation. In more complex cases, claimants are referred to appropriate legal panels. Otherwise claims are settled using an alternative pre-action protocol that can be used in most claims in place of the new MoJ process.

  InterResolve has an exclusive agreement with Enterprise Rent A Car. Its service is free for claimants, speeds up care and compensation and cuts costs significantly for insurers.

  InterResolve is backed by European Venture Capital company Balderton Capital, has an annual claims acquisition capacity of around £30m and aims to develop this alternative PI process to secure a significant market share.

• Francis House Children’s Hospice - Charity Partner

  

  Francis House Children’s Hospice is based in Didsbury South Manchester and at the end of 2009 celebrated its 18th year of operation. During that time the Hospice has cared for over 1000 children and their families.

  As well as end of life care, the Hospice provides respite care for children with life limiting and life shortening illnesses for which there is no cure.

  The Hospice is viewed as a home from home by the children and families who we support. It is very important to stress that support is given to the whole family, as the implication of a child’s serious illness effects all those in the family.

  There is a limited amount of central grant funding available by application, but it is not guaranteed, and the majority of the £1.95 million we need to raise each year comes from our marvellous supporters.
